Step 6 — Select the Correct Trading Account (Do Not Skip This)

This is one of the most common beginner errors: everything looks correct… but you accidentally run on SIM or the wrong prop account.

6.1 How to Select Account

In the strategy settings window:

1. Find Account dropdown

2. Select your prop firm account (example: Apex account name)

3. Avoid SIM unless you are intentionally testing.

✅ Success Indicator

The account dropdown shows your real prop account name, not SIM101.

⚠️ If you only see SIM101

You are not connected to your broker.

Go back to Step 3 and fix the connection first.
